Getting down to 150 and then going lower she lost 140 pounds. Her successful weight loss journey is inspiring to women everywhere.
She talks about her favorite show the Biggest Loser. This motivated her to weight loss by watching the contestants training and working out. She followed along exercising while watching. She counted the number of reps so she’d have a baseline. Then she attempted to beat this number next time.
