I highly recommend trying it!
Some of the gut health benefits of apple cider vinegar are:
It helps with digestion. The Natural enzymes break down food and helps with indigestion, bloating, gas.
It aids better digestion by controlling the growth of unwanted yeast and bacteria in the stomach and throughout the body.
It eliminates candida overgrowth. Apple cider vinegar is rich in natural enzymes. It can help eliminate candida.
It’s fermented with a beneficial yeast that serves as a prebiotic for healthy bacteria in the gut, essentially helping good bacteria grow as you eliminate those harmful foods that feed horrible yeasts like candida.
Apple cider vinegar also helps to detox the liver.
It helps to flush it out and improve the natural blood filtration process while boosting energy levels.
