I feel I need to WRITE THIS DOWN FOR YOU GUYS! DO NOT DEEP FRY OR FRY YOUR FOOD IN A PAN. I’ve had some people on IG sending me pics of their meals and some were fried… and that’s a NONO! Only boil or put the food on a pan in the oven and bake it. 💕💕💕AAAND ONE MORE IMPORTANT THING DON’T COOK WITH OIL OR ADD OIL IF YOU DON’T HAVE TO! If you really really need to add oil, then only use 1 teaspoon per meal maximum for cooking. Don’t pour it over your food!
I never use any added oil on my plates or for cooking. It’s only if I have guests or cook for my husband that I add oil.
Just wanna make that clear! That the maximum 1 teaspoon is ONLY IF YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT having it in your food I’ve made it flexible for you.
There’s 850 calories in 100g of oil… and that’s like 2 light meals lol 😂🤣 so watch it if you want to get rid of your abs fat!
REGARDING FRUITS: You can have 1 cupped hand of fruit per meal (male & female) but no snacking. So don’t snack with fruits. If you want to have the fruit have it as desert right after your meal. So only 3 meals a day and no snacking.
So this is a sensitive subject…. food LOL! I know it’s really really personal, but this is simply my approach to eating and it has worked for me. I don’t do paleo, keto or any other type of diet. I just eat from all food groups, because that’s what works best for me. I think it’s too hard and tooo messy to exclude for example pasta, rice… I’m asian people…. and I love my noodles LOL… so going Keto or paleo is never gonna happen for me. I do suggest you to exclude food groups you’re allergic to! But other than that my way is to eat from all food groups, but cooking healthier and being mindful of what products I choose to put in my pan.
I just make sure to choose the most nutrient products and these are obviously based on a European style of eating… I don’t live in the tropics and so I can’t really choose mango for example. So if you have those options, do your own research which products are the most nutrient giving in your region.
I use this plan all year round basically and it keeps me lean without having to think too much. At least it becomes easier the longer you cook and eat according to this guide.
