THE YOGA HOUSE (BANDRA, MUMBAI) & healthy eating #RestaurantReview | My Plate Review

The Yoga House is a house where people can enroll for a healthy lifestyle. They have a Yoga practice class on the first floor which is equipped with all that one should need for Yoga Practice. The classes are held everyday (except Monday) and the members practice Yoga while teaching others. There is also a professional Yoga Teacher for guidance.
On the second and third floor there is a sweet little cafe/restaurant which serves healthy food to binge on. You shall find healthy variants to generic dishes while focussing on the health issue you are tackling. Their dishes have been inclusive of a lot of Quinoa, poha, salads, sprouts etc to make a healthy twist to your eating style and keep a check on your fitness. Therefore there are a lot of smoothies, sandwiches, salads and even fruit bowls with special seasonings to treat you.

What i ordered? THE SIGNATURE SMOOTHIE ~ Banana, Milk, Almonds, puffed rice, beaten rice, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, figs, ginger powder, nuts, raisins, coconut grated etc.

Give this place a try if you want to spend an evening just eating healthy, soothe your soul, read a book or spend some time alone.
