Speech on Healthy Eating



Our student speaks on healthy eating and what things are important for our health like nutrients, vitamins, minerals and protein etc.
He says that all of us like junk food due to its taste. But whether tasty or not, we should eat healthy food and also have healthy eating practices like:
1. Wash fruits and vegetables
2. Eat balanced diet
He explains importance of fats, proteins, carbohydrates etc in our diet. He also explains importance of water in our diet. He concludes by saying ‘ an apple a day, keeps the doctor away’
