Ingredients –
Sewai or Sevaiyan – 1 Cup
Oil – 1 Tbsp.
Zeera – ½ Tsp
Chana & Urad Daal – 1 Tsp
Green Chilies – 1 or 2
Ginger Grated – 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves Few
Vegetable – ¼ Cup each –
Onions, Tomatoes, Peas, Capsicum, Carrot
Salt to taste
Water – 1.5 Cups
Coriander for Garnishing
