The Seneca Indian diet is outlined by herbalist Hanna Kroeger. This diet will help with spiritual cleansing by first cleansing the significant tissues of the body and then rejuvenating them with essential minerals,
Talk to your doctor before trying a new diet.

Day 1
The prescription for day one of the Seneca Indian diet is to cleanse the colon by eating fruit — including any fruit except for bananas — in whatever quantity desired.

Day 2
The second day of the diet is a fast from foods with only herbal teas — no black, green tea or other stimulating herbs — to drink. Try consuming plenty of pure water and going for a walk twice a day every day of the diet.

Day 3
The third and fourth days are dedicated to replenishing essential minerals in the body. Day three calls for eating vegetables of any kind. The vegetables may be raw or steamed with fresh herbs and sea salt.

Day 4
The final day is dedicated to replenishing minerals in the lymphatic and nervous system, as well as the blood and glands. On this day, the diet calls for drinking freshly made vegetable broth all day. Recommended ingredients for this broth include fresh vegetables, such as cabbage, broccoli, carrots, onions and tomatoes, filtered water, and natural salt, such as Celtic sea salt.

Spiritual Cleansing
The idea that cleansing the body can help elevate you spiritually is common in holistic medicine practices, such as Ayurveda. The concept is that illness, weakness, fatigue, sore muscles, mental difficulties, indigestion, and many chronic illnesses may occur because of built-up toxins in the body. These limiting physical conditions distract the individual from spiritual practices. Clearing out the toxins may help alleviate the physical or mental problem, removing an impediment to awareness and spiritual growth.

Thank you so much for your kind attention!
