One thing I did forget to mention, is letting Mr/Ms picky make a meal regularly (obviously you’d be doing most of the preparing), pick a protein, veggie and carb (even if the carb is cake or something crazy) that way “odd man out” feels like he’s part of the family and that you do actually care and support that he’s “unique” 🙂
Having a picky eater does not have to mean constant fights. The key is in the consistent, easy, nutritious, safe alternate meal.
