P90X 6 Minute Healthy Meal



** Yeah, after looking at this again, I did use a heck of a lot of Olive Oil, lol… Otherwise, it was a decent meal! **

80% of my success with P90X is because of what I’ve chosen to put in my body. Here is a 6 minute dish that I frequently make when I don’t have a lot of time. Notice that there is limited editing in this video. I wanted to show you that it really took me just a little over 6 minutes to make!

Oilive Oil to taste
Canadian Steak Seasoning
1/4 c Onion
1/4 c Green Pepper
1/4 c Red Pepper
2 Chicken Breasts
