Oats Khichdi or Savory Oatmeal recipe for quick weight loss:

Ingredients:
Rolled Oats – 1 and 1/2 Cup
Lentils or Dal (of your choice) – 1 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) – 1
Tomato (chopped) – 1
Green Chilli (chopped) – 1
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Mixed vegetables (of your choice) – 1 cup
Oil – 1/2 tbsp
Water – 4 cups
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
