Ingredients

• Tomatos-1/2
• Onion-1/2
• Cucumber-1/2
• Small red redish-4,5
• Carrot-1
• Cabbage

For Dressing
————–
Olive oil – 2 tsp
Fresh lemon juice-2tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Black Salt-1/2 tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Black pepper
Oregano(optional)

Method
——-
1- First of all we will wash all the Vegetables properly and put them aside for drying.
2- Cut all the Vegetables into slices.
3- Than put all the sliced Veggies into a big bowl.
4- Add all other ingredients into it.
5- Olive oil, Lemon Juice, Salt, Black salt, Oregano (optional), Black Pepper, chaat masala.
6- Gently mix all the ingredients together…
7- Now it’s looking very attractive and delicious.
