Many celebrities have done it. The master cleanse diet that really gets fats to melt away at 2-3 lbs per week. It is a way to fast with a cheat because your actually replacing food with lemons, maple syrup and salt, cayenne pepper if desired made into a lemonade. It works! I do a version of it everyday.
