My name is Mindy Wender and Im a fitness consultant for Team Beachbody who are the makers of P90X, TurboFire, INSANITY, Slim in 6, P90X2, Turbo Jam, Les Mills PUMP, and the list goes one. Thanks to Beachbodys workout programs and Shakeology I was able to lose my baby weight and get my energy back still constantly working on my health and fitness of course.

This video is filmed right after my 3 week long vacation in Florida (Im from Michigan the Upper Peninsula of Michigan at that lol so it was NICE) We went to Cocoa Beach for a week at the beach just hanging out and then almost 2 weeks at Disney World which if you know me you know is my favorite place EVER to be and my kids kinda like it too 😉 I was thinking back to if I were to take this family spring break type of vacation a few years ago because I became a Beachbody Coach and was introduced to TurboFire by Chalean Johnson and her sister Jenelle Summers would I have eaten as well as I did these past 3 weeks. The answer is HELL to the NO lol. Thinking of my customers, friends, and anyone out there that may be going on vacation in the next few months I wanted to create a video giving you all tips on how to eat healthy while traveling on vacation. Walt Disney World or not its doable 🙂

My first tip was to make sure you do not go more than 2.5-3 hours without eating. You need to be eating very often or your body will go into starvation mode and start to store fat! NOT COOL at all. You need to come prepared by planning your snacks which is Tip #2. Plan and pack snack that are easy and won’t go bad like for example Emerald Dry Roasted Almonds or the Dark Chocolate Almonds that in my opinion are TO DIE FOR. Another snack idea is packing protein bars like P90X Peak Performance Protein Bars that come in 4 different flavors. Those are my favorite for sure. Cliff bars are great as well and they have 10 grams of protein as appose to P90X bars who have 20 grams but still a good option. The next tip is to use a meal replacement shake. I HIGHLY recommend Shakeology as your choice and trust me I have tried them all Slim Fast, Body by vi, you name it I tried it but why I love shakeology and why its completely different than those other protein shakes is because it is a protein shake but it’s also a meal replacement shake, multivitamin, etc its the whole package and it’s like 5 trips to the salad bar not to mention all the other benefits you have from drinking it like lowers cholesterol, weight loss, energy boosts, etc. Let me know if you want more information on that Id be happy to send you some contact me on facebook or email me Then my last tip was packing a take along blender. There is a super affordable one at walmart for $15 or something like that made by hamilton beach and it doubles as a cup too 🙂 two in one baby I like that.
