Food and dieting:
1. Drink plenty of water (2 litres a day)
2. Cut down on fatty foods such as chocolate, crisps & biscuits ect and opt for fruit instead
3. Bananas give you energy
4. Always eat breakfast
5. Portion control
6. Plan meals

Exercise:
1. Wear the correct exercise clothes and shoes
2. Stay motivated
