In today’s video I’m sharing my top 4 simple, healthy morning drinks for gut health, weightloss, and energy! These drinks are super simple & easy, healthy, and delicious!

~Warm Lemon Water ( You can also add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar for more health benefits)
~Lemon, Ginger, Cayenne Shots
~Freshly Squeezed Juice – Apple, Celery, Carrot, Lemon, Kale
(try adding spinach, beets, oranges, ginger, cucumbers, etc.)
~Frozen Berries, Goat’s Milk Kefir, Flax Seeds Smoothie with Granola

Starting with these drinks helps me to get my day going on the right note. They help cleanse my system, get my blood going, and keep me on a healthy, positive track for the day,

They are a great way to start the day if you’re also trying to lose weight. The way we start out mornings determines how our day goes a lot of the time…so start off on a healthy, vibrant note!
