This video is all about foods to heal leaky gut.
If you suffer from leaky gut these foods can help kill off candida yeast overgrowth, kill bad bacteria in the gut and help rebuild and repair your gut.
These foods are easy to digest which is what you need if you suffer from leaky gut. You don’t want to overload your system. These foods are able to heal and create a good environment for your gut. Which will lower inflammation and reduces various health issues.
Here are some of my top foods I eat in order to heal leaky gut:
Apple Cider Vinegar
It kills yeast in the gut and reduces inflammation. It also kills off bad bacteria!
Coconut oil contains 50% Lauric acid, which is antimicrobial and antifungal. Meaning it fights fungal or bacterial infections. It also fights candida yeast overgrowth and is anti-inflammatory. A great thing about coconut oil is it soothes the intestinal lining helping to heal and protect it.
Bone broth is truly an amazing food. It heals the gut lining, coats the intestinal track with gelatin and collagen. It also reduces intestinal inflammation!
Sauerkraut is a fermented food that contains probiotics. Probiotics keep your gut healthy which helps improve digestion! It also keeps your system clean reduces inflammation
The main thing is just starting to incorporate these foods into your diet. You don’t want to eat foods that are heavy on your digestive system. You want to allow your digestive system to heal by giving it rest and not overloading it.
I would also recommend some type of fasting to give your digestive system a break to help it heal.
