Try out these 3 foods that cleanse the body that don’t make you smell bad.

1. Fruits – helps cleanse your body. They have lots of fiber and nutrients to help with enzyme production that aid in the detox process.

2. Green Foods – blue green algae, barley, wheat grass, kale, spinach, spirulina, alfalfa, chard, arugula, or other organic leafy greens. These plants will help give a chlorophyll-boost to your digestive tract. Chlorophyll rids the body of harmful environmental toxins from toxic metals, herbicides, cleaning products and pesticides. They also aid the liver in detoxification.

Have 2 or 3 green smoothies to sip on all day long. My fav green smoothie is Fitabolize Veggie Smoothie (it is in myfitnesspal).

Fitabolize Veggie Smoothie:
2 cup Kale
2 cup Spinach
1 Celery
Small grab Parsley
1 inch Ginger
1 Lemon Peeled
1 Green Apple
1 small Banana
6 oz Almond Milk
5 Ice Cubes
Fill 1/2 way with cold water

3. Seeds and Nuts – healthy fats help push things through for elimination. Choose raw almonds, walnuts, peacans, cashwes, pumpkins seeds, or chia seeds.
