If you’re able eat Raw food food the way nature prepared it – nuts with no salt or flavoring, vegtables and fruits washed but not cooked. Hummus and salsa are allowed. You can eat two raw meals and the third a regular meal or just eat raw all day. Watermelons, melons, substitute chips for zucchini or cucumbers, eat fresh grown local lettuce, etc. be creative! Eat foods grown locally or organic. You’ll find local foods are more nutrient dense and require less consumption. Do not starve yourself then forge on one meal, instead get full off of fruits and vegetables monitor your fruit consumption so that you don’t intake too much sugar. Also avocados and mushrooms are delicious and filling and raw!
